Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders using Royal Mail tracked services only. This applies to both UK and international deliveries to ensure every order is fully traceable.

UK Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

  • Service: Royal Mail International Tracked

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days after dispatch (depending on destination)

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
